The genuine demand for Buyer Advocacy is what created a sense of purpose for why Bridge Premium Property exists today.   It was through identifying a significant void in the Real Estate Industry where Property Buyers were heavily under represented, that we knew we could really add value. 

By bringing together our years of extensive skills training, experience and ability to build lasting relationships long after the transaction, we work solely for the Buyer to level the playing field and ensure they have the best chance of securing their perfect property.

I’ve spent the last 28 years of my working life in roles of Service, and now I get to continue that as a Licensed Real Estate Principal and Property Buyers Agent.

I spent my first 17 years as a Military Officer after graduating the Royal Military College Duntroon.  A profession of distinction, it was in the Army that I learned the value of service and working as a team in achieving goals.  I received years of intensive leadership training to support several operational deployments of note including East Timor and Afghanistan, in which my tactical questioning and negotiation skills were really tested.

At this time, Kristen & I decided to make a move to the Sunshine Coast and to our surprise, followed a very different career path to our previous chosen professions.  I then spent the next 10 years building & running businesses in the Wedding Industry including as a Celebrant and MC, marrying over 1800 couples and developing wonderful and rewarding networks on the Coast.  I’ve been part of thousands of big, important moments for couples and know just how valuable it is to be a truly genuine and trusted person to support them in those occasions.

It was during this period, just a few years ago, that Kristen & I caught the renovation bug.  We were selling our newly renovated house and after interviewing several agents, we felt more comfortable selling the property ourselves.  It was an exciting and rewarding experience for all involved and we achieved an amazing result.  This prompted my transition into the Real Estate Industry.

My decision to focus my efforts as a Buyers Agent comes back to my drive to serve and help others, and it’s here in the ‘buying space’ that I feel my experience, skills and contacts are invaluable to supporting Property Buyers in achieving successful outcomes in one of the biggest transactions they will ever be part of.

I’ve had the absolute privilege of working alongside Jarrad, my husband, for the last 10 years in building and running businesses here on the Sunshine Coast.  

Coming from a Business Consulting & Project Management background at large firms including Deloitte and Rio Tinto for the 8 years prior, I jumped at the challenge to utilise my skills and training in running businesses in a completely different industry – Weddings.

The last 10 years has seen me capitalise on my client engagement and project management skills in building and running successful Expos and creating exceptional experiences for hundreds of couples through one of the country’s most successful Elopement companies.  In addition, my creativity and eye for detail was able to flourish, being responsible for our businesses branding, marketing and digital footprints.  

After a wonderfully fulfilling experience helping so many couples over the last 10 years, I was drawn to explore another creative passion of mine in property design & renovation, and eventually made the decision to move into the Real Estate Industry alongside Jarrad.  My background in analysis, attention to detail and creative eye allow me to really nail down a clients specific needs and match that to their perfect property.

Working as a team with Jarrad in the ‘buying space’ felt like a natural progression of our ability to genuinely connect with people, understand their needs and wants, and always striving to deliver exceptional results.

We're a Sushine Coast family.

We’ve been Sunshine Coast locals & Business Owners for over 10 years, and honestly couldn’t think of a better place to live and work (and we’ve lived in a few!) . We’ve built and run businesses here, are raising our 9 year old daughter and 2 year old identical twin boys here and have built a life amongst a fantastic community.

When we’re not in the office, we’re supporting our daughter from the sidelines of any given soccer field, spending time building sandcastles on the beach with our boys or outside enjoying everything the Peregian Beach region has to offer,  where we currently reside.

Through our previous business experience and as property owners, we have travelled every inch of the Sunshine Coast, have created an extensive network of wonderful people, professionals and businesses and we are passionate in helping people in our roles as Buyers Agents.
